Our services and lucky draw are available only to residents of Korba region aged 18 years or older. Employees of PhoneCare and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Participation in any lucky draw or promotional offer requires purchase of an eligible product/service from PhoneCare. Each purchase entitles the customer to one or more lucky draw entries as specified in the offer.
Coupon codes issued by PhoneCare must be used as instructed and are non-transferable. Redeemed coupons cannot be reused. PhoneCare reserves the right to verify validity of coupons and disqualify entries that do not comply.
Any personal information collected during participation will be used solely for the purpose of administering the lucky draw and providing our services. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
PhoneCare is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the lucky draw or use of our products, except as required by applicable law.
PhoneCare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in Korba, Chhattisgarh.
